Catering Website Terms & Conditions:

DC Gourmet Pte Ltd (“we", “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.dcgourmet.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), or through DC Gourmet sales hotline at 6970 6739 (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotline”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, please do not access this Website or any pages.

Ordering Process:

  • All orders must reach us at least 3 days in advance.
  • No changes can be made 2 working days before the event.
  • Our standard meal time is from 7.30am to 7.30pm.
  • Any timings outside standard meal time are subject to availability and will incur a surcharge.

Buffet w Set Up Delivery Charges (all pricing before GST)

  • $80.00 delivery charge and $10.00 surcharge for Central locations and CBD.
  • $30.00 surcharge for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
  • $10.00 surcharge per flight of stairs for locations without direct lift access.
  • $30.00 delivery surcharge per hour for mealtime before 7.30am or after 7.30pm. (Subject to Availability)
  • 50% delivery surcharge on eve, first and second day of  Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Buffet Collection Charges (all pricing before GST)

  • $50.00 Surcharge per hour for buffet collection from 10.00pm to 12.00pm.
  • Next Day Collection is allowed and subject to approval.

All Other Catering Delivery Charges (all pricing before GST)

  • $20.00 delivery charge and $10.00 surcharge for Central locations and CBD.
  • $20.00 surcharge for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
  • $10.00 surcharge per flight of stairs for locations without direct lift access.
  • $20.00 surcharge per hour for meal time before 7.30am or after 7.30pm (Subject to Availability).

Selected areas with surcharge are based on the first two-digit postal code;

  • Robinson – 01, 02, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08
  • Marina Square – 03, 17
  • Orchard – 22, 23
  • Bras Basah – 18, 19
  • Alps Ave – 49
  • Jurong Island - 62
  • Sentosa - 09

Payment Terms and Cancellations:

  • Payment must be made upon confirmation.
  • Payment can also be made through Paynow or Bank Transfer.
  • 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on the event date.
  • 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date.
  • 50% delivery surcharge on eve, first and second day of Chinese New Year, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  • Prevailing 9% GST is applicable on the total amount payable.
  • Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification.
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.
  • To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Choo Catering will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
  • All items or dishes, Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
